Fees

Half termly fees are payable at the beginning of the half term. Payment should be made by cash or cheque (made payable to J Lockwood Urban). Card payments or bank transfers are not accepted.

All classes must be paid for up-front.

Fees are non-refundable.

If a class is cancelled due to teacher illness or unavailability, this will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.

Students

Students must be dressed in the correct attire for each class and conduct themselves in a disciplined manner whilst in class. This will ensure the safety and well-being of of all students and their families.

No jewellery or watches are to be worn in class and hair must be tied back off the face.

All students' property is their responsibility, Lockwood Urban St Just cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged belongings. 

Please ensure all dance wear is labelled.

Parents/Guardians

Students are required to return a completed and signed enrolment form within one week of the form being issued.

Parents/guardians should be aware that due to the nature of the dance class it is often necessary for the teacher to use appropriate physical contact when teaching students.

Parents/guardians are not permitted to remain in the studio during classes.
